All of us at Bazm wish you and your family a prosperous Ramadan mubarak and we wish that it turns out very fulfilling for all of you! May Allah grant all your wishes, take away all your problems and bless you with happiness and ease!
It’s that time of the year when the Shaytan is locked away and the mosques around the world are filled with momineen. Although it’s a sad sight to see this happen only during the month of Ramadan, but it’s definitely delight to see every momineen engage in prayers and charity.
This month often turns out to be hardest for the women of the house as they’ve to do more than usual household chores, waking up early before everyone to prepare food, then try to awake everyone so that no one misses the meal, cleanup after everyone before they could get to their salah, and while everyone gets to their less-than usual jobs now after waking up, women still have to fulfil all their duties. Even in the evening they have to face the harsh behaviour from in-laws and husband despite she was fasting too. She prepares iftar for everyone as per their likes and preferences and still gets to break her fast at the last.
May Allah grant high places to women of our houses for their sacrifices and hard work. Amen.
Let’s make it easier for them by being not too demanding this Ramadan. Let’s remember that it’s their fast too, and yet they’re not complaining. Let’s make them feel happier by helping them even in small bits, such as, cleaning up after ourselves, not depending upon them for small stuff, bringing/making something of their like to table!
“Allah surely awards every little gesture of kindness!”
